Owners are distinct from /Names. Typically, the owner_name will be the registered name of the owner. In cases where there are multiple registrations of the same name, further details (registration date, etc.) can be appended.

Some items will be administratively owned by Laurel (important non-SCA stuff, mostly). Some items will be administratively owned by Morsulus (uncorrected variant name forms, etc.).
